Co- Founder & President
Bret Pafford Jr.
Bret is a Food and Beverage industry veteran with over 26 years of experience- 19 in executive management. He has been a resident of Maui, Hawaii for the past 12 years (Godmother to Hawaiian Fusion cuisine Beverly Gannon) and has returned "home" being a native to Zionsville, IN. He started cooking at age 14 most notably working up the ranks at the Glass Chimney with the late Dieter Puska. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Bret's culinary style has been refined working in prominent kitchens in New York, Maui, and California - exposed to great chefs like Soothe Kuhn of Le Cirque and the late Jean- Louis Palladin.
David graduated from Western Michigan University with a major in Aviation and minors in Business and Cello Performance. In 2005, David founded Howard’s Home Improvement and has worked hard to earn a reputation as one of Indiana’s most respected builders. David has always had a passion for great food, particularly Latin cuisine. In February of 2015, David partnered with Angel Magno to build “La Poblana” – a food truck that has established itself as the most authentic food truck in Bloomington, Indiana. David partnered with Chef Pafford to continue his desire to bring great food to the community.
Chief Operating Officer
Jessica is a recent graduate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a Masters in Finance. She also attended IU for her undergraduate degree where she received a BS in Human Resource Management and a minor in Finance. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 8 years and has been with ReVv & Strum Hospitality since it started in 2019. Jessica has traveled to over 30 countries so far and loves to learn about unique cuisines from around the world.
Brandon Sijalbo grew up in the island of Maui where he gained experiences in a multiple fine dining restaurant setup along side chef Bret Pafford. While working in luxury environments in food & beverage industry for over 7 years, he was able to build a strong foundation for his career as a cook.During personal times, Brandon likes to enjoy outdoor activities but most of all, he loves exploring new cuisine.
Social Media Manager
Nicolette is a recent graduate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Originally from Chicago, IL, she works as the Head Sales Associate in Capisce Market and manages our social media platforms. Nicolette helps customers seek and select items from a wide range of Italian goods, as well as provides insight on Capisce's extensive selection of fine whiskeys and old world wines. Nicolette is a huge foodie and has a large following on her food instagram @whatsniceating with over 6K followers.
